A unique full service experience that can be customized to suit the needs of our customers. We specialize in open pit BBQ at its best while serving Palm Springs, the entire Coachella Valley and it's surrounding cities. No party is too small or large for us to cater. Whether you have a party with 25 or 500 people, CV BBQ can take care of your party or event. NO PROBLEM!

CV BBQ'S UNIQUE ONSITE STANDARD CATERING PACKAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
All food will be freshly cooked and prepared on-site at CV BBQ, then delivered and served by our staff. Every meat ordered will be cooked at CV BBQ’s kitchen to ensure top quality and flavor.
We'll provide a fun, buffet-style setup for your event, complete with staff to serve you and your guests as you move through the line. If our signature Tri Tip is included in your order, we'll also feature a carving station with a meat slicer for freshly sliced Tri Tip, served to order.
After your meal, our team will take care of breaking down the buffet station and cleaning up the service area.
Please note: This standard catering package includes an 18% service fee, which covers the cost of on-site service. This is not a gratuity.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES

These additional services are not included in the standard catering package, but can be added on for a separate fee. Inquire for more details on pricing and availability.
Table Bussing
Once all guests have gone through the buffet line, a portion of our staff will begin bussing tables by clearing plates and utensils. This service concludes at the end of the food service. Please note: table bussing includes only plates and utensils—glassware is not included.
Trash Maintenance
This service includes our staff managing the trash bins you provide during food service. Full bags will be removed, replaced with new liners, and taken to the designated waste area on-site.
Please note: CV BBQ will not remove or haul away trash from the event location. This service concludes at the end of food service.
Delivery Service
CV BBQ proudly offers delivery throughout the Coachella Valley.
To schedule a delivery, orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance with a minimum food order of $650 (plus tax and a $35 delivery fee).
All food will be delivered in food-safe disposable tin trays, arranged on a customer-provided table, and ready to serve.
Please note: chafing dishes and on-site staff are not included with this service.
CV BBQ is not responsible for any party rentals, including setup or breakdown of rental equipment.
